Background: Chloe was born to John and Annie Goodrich, two well-known elves. One stormy night, while headed to a gathering, they got into a fatal accident. It took both of their lives, leaving Chloe and Jennie the only survivors. Chloe has two scars, one on her forehead, and one on her chest, both caused from the accident. Chloe and Jennie were the first to come into our lives when Kitty was 7. Jennie grew up, Chloe never did. Jennie is an adoptive sister, but they were considered to be twins because they were both born on the same day of the same year almost at the exact same time, just by different parents. Jennie was human. Jennie nearly died in the accident, and Chloe, being an elf, brought Jennie back with her amazing abilities. Jennie does not remember any of this, and Chloe will not tell her, because she figures that she does not need to know. It may only hurt her more.
